The slow fermentation of fresh yeast with the combination of white (80%) and rye (20%) flours gives to this bread a great flavour similar to a sourdough bread but with a softer crust and a fluffy crumb.

Chestnut breadIf you like to clean your saucy plate with a piece of bread I would definitely recommend our Chestnut loaf. Slightly sweet and full of moisture it is the ideal candidate for a buttery toast as well!
