Galette des rois / King's galette

The king's galette is a traditional dessert traditionally made for the Epiphany in January. Whilst out of season, for the special occasion of the king's coronation, we have decided it would be appropriate to put it back on this year.

A coffee bean is placed inside the galette and the lucky one to get the slice with it becomes the king or queen of the day.
