Baguette

Our baguettes aren't sourdough because they don't need to be. The addition of rye flour to our white flour makes them unique in flavour. 

Due to our oven size we are unable to make long french sticks but some of our customers call them flutes.

They are a perfect size for lunch. You can even freeze them on the day of purchase and reheat them from frozen in the oven for 10 minutes at 180C. By the way, all our breads are suitable for freezing too!
