FRESH DOUGH - A crust to remember -
Fresh Dough provides weekend local deliveries of breads and pastries to individual customers and farm shops in East Sussex and Kent. Our micro bakery is based in Crowborough and only uses organic flours, free range eggs, locally sourced milk and other high quality ingredients such as Callebaut chocolate.
We deliver to private customers on Fridays in Eridge, Saturdays in Tunbridge Wells, Saturdays & Sundays in TN6 area. (Don't forget to order 2 days prior delivery).
We aim to deliver everyone's order between 7.30am and 10.30am. But please remember to give us your mobile phone number to receive a notification that your order has been delivered to your door. We are trying to minimise physical contact to keep our staff safe so we won't be ringing your doorbell.
Collection at Brew Box in Fieldbuss parking is available on Fridays by 8am as long as you order via our online shop by Wednesday 9am.

Wednesdays 9am for Friday delivery in Eridge only
Thursdays 9am for Saturday deliveries in Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells
Fridays 9am for Sunday deliveries in Crowborough only
Fresh Dough Ltd is Laura's from-home micro bakery, serving farm shops, cafés and the community around Crowborough as well as providing training for aspiring or experienced home bakers. Laura's specialities include almond croissant and sausage rolls, sourdough loaves and specialty breads such as olive, walnuts and brioche. She loves experimenting and the range of products will change regularly with the seasons and experimentations!
Laura has expanded her business with 3 wonderful women.
Hattie is Laura's baking assistant in the bakery and sometimes in real life too. Unfortunately she will be leaving us for a new adventure at the end of April. We wish her all the best!
Heidi is finishing school this year and will become a full time employee very soon. You will have the chance to meet her at farmers markets in the near future.
Kayleigh proudly drives Fresh Dough's van to farmshops and Tunbridge Wells customers and successfully represents the company's enthusiasm. She has also started to put her hands in the dough since January.
