The only difference between a fresh yeast bread and a sourdough bread is its rising agent. So our white sourdough bread is made in a similar way than the white fresh yeast one but proves for much longer. Developing gluten slower and longer. The sugar in the flour is eaten progressively by the water which makes sourdough more digestible for some people.

Ingredients: white organic flour, water, salt.

Allergens: gluten.
