All our breads are made using Shipton Mill organic flours. We don't add any extra gluten, enhancers or additives. Just flour, water, yeast / ferment and salt. No sugar, no oils, no fuss. Just time and skill to use a slow cold fermentation process to make your loaves stay fresh for longer.
