Brown bread

Our organic wholemeal flour is very dense so we are adding 40% organic white wheat flour to make our brown bread. It has a very moist crumb and the addition of the white flour makes it lighter to digest.

Ingredients: flour, water, fresh yeast salt.

Please note that we also manufacture walnut bread. We are very careful and clean all our work surfaces, utensils and accessories to avoid cross contamination.
