Carrot & pecan nuts cake

Get yourself some slices or even better a full size cake with a smooth cream cheese frosting and a homemade candied carrot as topping.

Full size cake also available to order. We can provide a cake saver to facilitate transport and keep your cake moist until the last crumb!

Please return the cake saver whenever you are ready so that another customer can enjoy the same luxury.

Ingredients for the sponge cake:  flour, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, sugar, sunflower oil, eggs, pecan nuts.

Ingredient for the frosting: soft cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract.
