Olive bread
Our olive bread has the best shelf life. The combination of olive oil and black olives keeps it moist for longer than any of our other bread.
We use a mix of organic wheat white four and organic stoneground dark rye flour as well as a sprinkle of Herbes de Provence to keep up with the flavour of the olives.
We offer 2 sizes: small & large
Ingredients: flour, water, black olives, olive oil, fresh yeast, herbes de Provence,salt.
Allergens: gluten.
Please note that we also manufacture walnut bread. We are very careful and clean all our work surfaces, utensils and accessories to avoid cross contamination. However, we recommend to people with severe nut allergies to avoid buying our products unless specified in advanced when placing an order online.
