Pain aux raisins

Also called danish our swirls, our pains aux raisins are crispy in the outside and soft in the inside. We make our own crème pâtissière from scratch using free range eggs and locally sourced whole milk. If you are not a chocolate fan but love raisins I would recommend you to try it!

Ingredients: raisins, wheat flour, milk, water, salted butter, eggs, sugar, fresh yeast, vanilla extract, salt.
