Pain de campagne

This flavoursome bread is made combining organic white wheat flour and stoneground organic dark rye flours giving its original flavour and soft texture. 

It is a nice compromise between a white fresh yeast loaf and a rye sourdough loaf. 

Ingredients: flour, water, fresh yeast, salt.

Allergens: gluten.
