Pizza dough

200g unbaked sourdough pizza dough. Store it in your fridge for 48 hours or put it in your freezer.

Preheat your oven 30 minutes before baking. Ideally put a baking tray in your oven to make sure your pizza base doesn't get a soggy bottom.

Spread it on a floured surface before transferring it to a floured baking parchment or a baking tray. Add the toppings of your choice. 

Bake for 10 minutes at 250C minimum. Enjoy! 

Ingredients: organic white wheat flour, water, salt.
